Structure of the project manager must understand the scope of work which they are responsible. The scope of work is contained in a contract statement of work, an agreement or charter. This document is the manager of your client or made available when the project began. This document describes what you are responsible to provide when the project is completed. The items or products that you have to turn when the project is completed is called the “results” and how they are organized is called the “Work Breakdown Structure” or “WBS “.
