Using Word 2007 Translator

Word 2007 has many new features that are useful as long as you know how to use them. For those who create presentations in Word for a worldwide audience, the translator tool can be useful. With a click of a button, Word 2007 document will be translated into almost any language .

Open a document in Microsoft Word 2007 to create a document .

Save your document by clicking on “File “And” Save As. ” This opens a dialog box in which you can name your document .

Go to “review” tab located on the tape. This will open the tools to allow access to translate the document .

Place your cursor in the document, right-click your mouse. Choose Select All .”

reviewing the tape, select “Translate”. This will open a sidebar next to your document. Choose the language you want from the dropdown menu and click the green arrow. This will send the document to be translated .

Word Lingo translation Copy and paste into the existing document .

Save the translated version and the name is something other than the original. You now have the document in two languages. Continue until the document into all the languages that you need.
