How to make a box Comfort

live in a world that teaches us that we should stop doing more and doing better, oh, and do it faster. In the past twenty years, it has become clear that by living this kind of lifestyle that are really detrimental to our overall health. Find a medium sized box with a lid that you can decorate .

If the box has already been written about it, cover it with brown paper mail.

Decorate your box with images and words to find comfort .

Take a piece of paper and draw three columns, or, if you open Excel and create a spreadsheet with three columns. Label one column, what I do now to feel comforted, other new things that could try to help me feel comforted and, finally, the label of the last column, supplies need .

In first column make a list of what you do when you need to feel comforted. For example, when I am in need of being comforted sometimes close the door of my home office, turn the soft music and stretching on yoga .

In the next column, list of some new activities that would try to help you feel comfortable when they need .

Finally, the third list, write those things you need to perform their activities in 2 lists. Some items that you already have, while others may choose to buy .

Put things that are already using when they need comfort in their comfort box, so you always know where you are when you need them. No hunting for the perfect CD of flute music and frustrated when you can not find when needed .

Buy any accessory that you would like for you to try out some of his new activities. Add to your comfort box .

The next time you feel weak, tired, frustrated, angry, in other words, in dire need of some comfort, go to your comfort box and choose a song or two, and do any activity that is associated with those items. You will find over time it can be a great help for you and your mind will start automatically when adjusted for calm as soon as you see the picture of comfort.
